Finca Tours is a travel agency specialised in rentals of modern villas and authentic country houses mostly with private pools at the most beautiful coasts of Spain.

Our office is situated in a 100 years old grain warehouse just outside the town canal of Utrecht. Finca Tours is a direct seller of holiday homes in Spain that have been personally visited by one of our travel consultants, so we can always give you tailor made advice.

Our company name Finca Tours is derived form the Spanish word "finca" that stands for an authentic country house on a big farmyard.

In 1996 we started offering traditional country houses for holiday purposes, but soon we noticed that many people wanted modern villas as well. So now we offer both kind of holiday houses mostly with a private swimming pool and sometimes with a private tennis court as well.

Finca Tours has no pretension to claim that we invented the phenomenon, but fact is that our clients knew to chill out in a villa long before the expression became internationally famous.

Our authentic country houses or modern villas are ideal to relax around the pool in company of your best friends or relatives. Such a restored country house is also the ideal place to enjoy nature, typical Spanish villages or the local gastronomy.

Beautifully restored country houses and modern or even luxury villas straight at the coast of the Balearic isles in the Mediterranean belong to our offer, especially on Ibiza, Formentera and Majorca.

On the Spanish mainland we have a variety of traditional haciendas, cortijos and modern villas in Spain's most southern province Andalusia around the historical city of Seville or at the coast around Nerja and Marbella.

In our selection of villas and country houses we try to combine a nice holiday house with a beautiful view, peace and privacy, the vicinity of little towns and good beaches, but always away from the mass tourism.
