Unique modern villa with stunning views over the bay of San Antonio. The floodlit tennis court is shared with the house next door. Quietly situated in a rural setting just 2 km from the beach of Cala Salada, a 15 minutes drive from San Rafael and about 25 minutes drive from Ibiza town.

Upon entering the lounge you are taken by the fantastic views over the rolling countryside and the Mediterranean.

Distribution main house
Bright and spacious lounge with large windows around the elegant sitting area with a 5-seater and two 2-seater sofas, sat/TV, DVD and stereo/CD. The wooden dining area has a glass sliding door to a covered terrace with pergola.
The open kitchen has a large 5-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
Washingmachine, dryer and an extra freezer are in the garage.

Through a hallway with glass doors to one of the terraces you get to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a dresser, a bathroom en-suite with shower and a glass sliding door to the sundeck. A double room and one bedroom with two single beds share a bathroom with shower.

Distribution guesthouse
Below the villa is the simple guest house with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and private terrace.

Airconditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms also in the guesthouse.

The villa has a huge pool of 17 x 7 in a U-shape built around the lounge. On the side of the covered terrace the pool can be shut with a fence (for small children) and at the side of the sun terrace there are Roman steps. With a pergola covered terrace has a large teak dining table with barbecue and the sun terrace has a sitting and lounge area.

The terraces and landscaped garden between the house and the tennis court provide the opportunity for privacy to each other. Everywhere you can enjoy the fantastic sea views.
