Bright living room with a stylish lounge area around the fireplace, sat/TV, DVD and stereo/CD. From the lounge area on a higher level you can enjoy the fabulous views over the sea through the glass doors and from the roofterrace the panoramic view reaches from the island Conejeras until the island Es Vedra.

The stylish dining room next to the kitchen also has glass doors to the same roofterrace and the kitchen has a big window with views over the sea, oven, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher in the scullery. The washingmachine is in a separate room.

Three double bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with bath and a bathroom with shower. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have beautiful views over the sea and one of the bedrooms has glass doors to its own terrace with views over the sea.

The roof terrace in front of the living has a huge wooden table under the covered terrace. A sunterrace around the swimmingpool of 8 x 4 with Roman steps reaches out to three levels and next to the swimmingpool is a wooden covered poolhouse with stylish lounge area.
