Are there any baby cots available at the villas?
At most villas 1 free baby cot is available and otherwise there is at least 1 baby cot available at an additional cost. If you need 2 baby cots or more, you should have a look under Prices to see if there are so many baby cots at that specific villa. Or you consult Finca Tours to figure out in which house are the desired number of baby cots available.
Baby cots are almost always folding camping cots and intended for babies up to 2 years, so for children from 3 years onwards we assume that they sleep in an ordinary bed.


Are there any highchairs available at the villas?
In most villas are no highchairs available. Also for a highchair applies that it should be mentioned under Prices and if not that you should consult Finca Tours to look for a property where a high chair is available. Highchairs are not a priority for a relaxed villa holiday and therefore no must for the owners to purchase.
A simple solution is to use a stroller as a highchair!


Can we use a WIFI connection in the villa?
When no WIFI is listed in the description and facilities of a villa, there is no WIFI in the villa. If it is a priority, check it out before booking a villa!


Is there AIR CONDITIONING in the villa?
When no air conditioning is mentioned in the description and facilities of a villa, there is no air conditioning in the property. If it is a priority, check it out before booking a villa!


On the day of arrival we would like to check in earlier in the villa?
IMPOSSIBLE, if the same day of your arrival other people are leaving the villa, what happens in particular with villas that use a fixed changeover day. Then the cleaning team requires all the time for the cleaning of the property in order to get it all clean before the check-in time.
Book your flights baring in mind the check-in and check-out times of the villa.


You can be lucky on your day of arrival if there is no departure the same day. When the property has already been cleaned the day before you can check in earlier in the villa, after consulting us, but never before 10 am.


On our departure day can we check out later than 10 am from the villa?
No, if the same day people arrive at the villa, what happens in homes with a fixed changeover day especially. Then the cleaning crew requires all the time from 10 am for cleaning the house in order to get it all clean before the following people arrive.
Book your flights baring in mind the check-in and check-out times of the villa.


You may be lucky if the day of your departure is no changeover day. After consulting us, you can stay longer in the house, until the time that suits the caretaker.


Can we arrive later than 11 pm at the villa on the day of arrival?
Only after approval by the caretaker, at additional cost, to be paid to the caretaker on arrival. If your flight arrives later than 10 pm at the airport you will never be able to arrive before 11 pm at the villa!


Can we still arrive after midnight at the villa on the day of arrival?
When you arrive after midnight you need to find a hotel for the first night. We cannot expect any caretaker to work after midnight. Only after approval by the caretaker, at additional cost to be paid to the caretaker on arrival, it would be possible.
If your flight arrives later than 11 pm at the airport you will never be able to arrive before midnight at the villa!


If you arrive after midnight at the villa because of a delay of your flight, caretakers will ensure that you can still get into the villa, at additional cost, to be paid to the caretaker on arrival.


Book your flights baring in mind the possible check-in and check-out times of the villa. In the dark, it is of course also more difficult to find your way.


Can we reach the caretaker at any time for problems with the property?
Caretakers often have multiple jobs and long working days. Therefore, they are not accessible at night from midnight to 9 or 10 o'clock in the morning.


Unfortunately there are still many places in Spain where there is no range is for mobile phones. If a caretaker is temporarily out of reach, leave a message on the voicemail on which the caretaker will call you back as soon as there is range again.


From Monday to Friday you can call the office of Finca Tours from 10 am to 6 pm if you can't reach the caretaker. Outside office hours and if the caretaker is out of reach, you can call the emergency number that you find in the travel documents.


Is the transfer from the airport to the villa arranged by Finca Tours?
NO, never. You need a rental car to get to the property or the meeting point. If you take a taxi to the villa often you can’t find a rental car nearby anymore.
So please book your rental car in advance at the airport.
