Distribution
From the patio you come into a living room with 2 comfortable couches in front of the fireplace, TV, DVD and stereo/CD. The second living room with a stylish lounge with a fireplace and large windows is next to the traditional dining room with antique dining area.
The kitchen has a dining area with TV, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and 2 ice/freezers.
Washing machine and dryer are in a special laundry room.

The top floor is the bedroom area where you reach all the bedrooms through a long corridor. All rooms are twin bedrooms and have windows or French balconies facing the garden.
One bedroom has a bathroom-en-suite with freestanding bathtub and two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with private bathroom with shower, also suitable for people in wheelchairs.

There is AIR CONDITIONING in one of the living rooms.

The huge patio has a covered terrace with an elegant dining area. Around the country house is a beautifully landscaped garden with tall palm trees. The sunbathing area around the pool of 10 x 5 offers plenty of peace and privacy and has a covered pool house with stylish sitting area.
