Quietly located in the heart of the attractive place Carmona, one of the famous historic towns of Andalusia, only half hour from Seville.

Light lounge with comfortable seating by the fireplace and satellite / TV, a chaise-longue and a sitting area with large doors opening onto the patio.
Spacious kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with wine zone, with freezer drawers and an elegant dining by the fireplace. Washingmachine and dryer are in the pantry.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with king size beds and doors opening onto the roof terrace, both with bathroom en-suite with shower. One bedroom with two single beds has a bathroom en-suite with bath and shower and a bedroom with a queen size bed has a bathroom en-suite with shower. Downstairs is another bedroom with single sofa bed (suitable for a nanny) and a bathroom with shower.

All rooms have high beamed ceilings, a tiled floor and tastefully decorated with cheerful colors on the walls.

The house has central heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The spacious courtyard is a typical Andalusian patio with multiple seating areas. At the pool of 7 x 2.5 are two covered terraces with stone barbeque, comfortable and stylish seating where you can enjoy the relaxing in complete privacy.

From the roof terrace you have a lovely view of the historic center of Carmona.
