Good sized livingroom with high ceiling and a stylish sunken lounge area by the fireplace, sat/TV and music equipment.
The spacious kitchen is well fitted with a large stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a dining area with teak furniture with sliding doors leading to the large covered terrace.
The washing-machine and the dryer are in the laundry room.

An open bedroom bordering the livingroom has a double bed, dressing room, en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the outside bathroom with jacuzzi. The bedroom on the loft above the livingroom has a 4 single beds.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath.

Guest house
The guest house has a livingroom with lounge area (where 2 extra comfortable beds could be made of) and sliding doors leading to its own covered terrace. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom both have their own en suite bathrooms with shower.

At the front of the villa is a 13 x 4 pool with Roman steps in-water sitting area and sun beds at the large sun terrace.
At one side of the pool is a covered terrace with comfortable lounge area and at the other side is another covered terrace with an outdoor small kitchen, built-in barbecue and dining area for enjoyable al-fresco meals.

The other half-covered terraces by the living-rooms have different lounge areas for relaxing or sun bathing.

The open-air bathroom with jacuzzi, shower and toilet has direct access from the swimming pool (that can be fanced for little children).
