The small but cosy hippie village El Pilar is renowned for some some good and typical restaurants and is located just 3 km from this house. Every Sunday and Wednesday there is a hippie market in the centre of the village.

The long sandy beach from Migjorn is only 5 km drive and within a quarter of an hour you drive to the beaches on the other side of the island.

Distribution
Spacious and bright living room with a stylish lounge area by the fireplace, CD player, dining area and glass doors leading to the covered terrace with panoramic sea views. The cosy open kitchen next to the living has a gas cooker and a fridge and enjoy the same great views over the sea as the other rooms.

Downstairs is a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower and glass doors to a second covered terrace with a cosy lounge corner. There is also an outside shower, ideal for the summer months.

A few steps from the house is a third covered terrace with built-in barbecue and astonishing views of the cliffs and the lighthouse of Cap des Berbería.
