Quietly situated house in the countryside on the outskirts of the village of El Pilar, where you can easily walk to for your daily shopping or just to drink or eat something.
The small but charming hippie village is renowned for some good and typical restaurants. Every Sunday and Wednesday there is a hippy market in the center of the village.

The long sandy beach Migjorn is just 3 km away from this house and within fifteen minutes you drive to the beaches on the other side of the island.

Spacious living room with a sitting area with TV, dining area and glass doors onto the covered terrace. The kitchen has a dining area, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a door to the covered terrace.

The master bedroom has a double bed and two other bedrooms both have 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms, a bathroom with bath and a bathroom with shower.

The covered terrace in front of the house has a sitting/dining area. The large walled garden has plenty of trees providing natural shade and as well in the garden as on the roof you can taste the relaxed atmosphere of this unique island of Formentera.
