The island of Formentera is in all its beauty at your feet and you even see over the Mediterranean the island of Ibiza, in the form of the dragon with the island of Es Vedra as its head. The beach of Migjorn lies direct down the hill and there you have within 5 minutes drive the bay as you wish for.
The lovely village of Es Caló with some good seafood restaurants is also located down the hill, where you can even go on foot through the old Roman road. The village El Pilar on La Mola with the weekly hippy markets is at walking distance.

High and light lounge with lots of glass doors and windows everywhere so you can enjoy the spectacular views. Stylish lounge with a unique fireplace and a staircase in the livingroom you can go to an atrium with lounge, where you can come on the rooftop.
The modern kitchen with elegant dining, has a stainless steel 4-burner gas cooker with separate grill and a large American fridge / freezer. Washer and dryer are in a laundry room.

A very spacious and high bedroom has a double bed, a sitting area by the fireplace with a glass wall with stunning views and a semi-open bathroom with shower.
On the other side of the livingroom is a spacious bedroom with double bed and again a splendid view of Formentera, a bathroom with shower and stairs to another bedroom with two single beds on the rooftop suite bathroom with only WC and basin.
The fourth bedroom is located behind the livingroom and has a double bed and a spacious bathroom.
All bedrooms have fans.

In front of the livingroom is a spacious covered terrace with a stylish dining area and a comfortable sofa. Surrounding the spectacular swimming pool 10 x 5 with Roman steps is a large sun terrace with a few couches where you can enjoy peace and privacy of the fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
