A carefully restored old finca with views over the valley. The beach of Benirrás is only 2 km, the village San Miguel is only 3 km and the town of Ibiza is only 30 minutes ride from the property.

Spacious living-room with a comfortable lounge area by the fireplace, sat/TV, DVD, traditional dining area and glass doors to the terrace. The spacious kitchen is fitted with a stylish dining area, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer at the door to the terrace. The washingmachine is in a separate room.

One twin bedroom, two bathrooms with bath (accesible through low passages), a nursery with a single bed and its own bathroom with shower are situated at the livingroom. Upstairs is one double bedroom and through a low passage there is acces to another twin bedroom. Both bedrooms share the bathrooms downstairs.

The living room has air conditioning and is including the price.

At the front of the villa there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and another sitting area at the built-in barbecue. The pool of 11 x 5 with Roman steps and jacuzzi has a wooden fence so small children cannot get to the pool and a garden with playground.

Behind the villa is the private house of the owners with its own entrance.
