Quiet located property that despite the modern appearance blends in perfectly in the natural surroundings. The luxury minimalistic design has also a pleasant charisma and because of the enormous windows you can enjoy the beautiful views over the sea and the little islands in front of Cala Conta.
The beach of Cala Bassa is on walking distance and the beach of Cala Conta is only 3 km. The cosy village of San José with some good restaurants is only 5 km and Ibiza-town is a 20 minutes drive.
Distribution main house
Light and spacious living with enormous glass doors so you can enjoy the spectacular views. Luxury and stylish lounge area by the unique fireplace with sat/TV, DVD and stereo/CD.
On a higher level is a stylish dining area next to the special modern design kitchen with sliding glass doors, breakfast corner and stainless steel fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The washing-machine and dryer are in the laundry.
The main bedroom upstairs with double bed next to the glass wall has beautiful views over the sea, its own terrace and through the dressing room you have access to the bathroom where you can enjoy the views over the sea from out of the bath or the shower.
One bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds and there is also a double bedroom and both have a bathroom en suite with shower.
All the bedrooms in the main house have air conditioning.
Distribution guest quarters
From outside you reach three stylish guest rooms with all of them a double bedroom with glass doors and en-suite bathrooms with shower. These three rooms have access to the large terrace with lounge area.
Next to the kitchen is the barbecue terrace and another terrace with a large stylish picnic table. In front of the living room is a covered terrace with a special dining area for 12 persons and a stylish lounge area.
Around the spectacular swimmingpool of 15 x 7 with Roman steps is a large sun terrace enjoying the amazing views over the Mediterranean.
