The main house has spacious and very comfortable living areas. The stylish living has a sitting area by the sat/TV and the CD player and glass doors which lead to the covered porch, the sun terrace and the garden.
The dining area has a traditional bread-oven and classical wooden furniture.
Light modern kitchen fitted with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stylish dining area with large windows and doors leading to the breakfast terrace.
The washingmachine, the dryer and another fridge/freezer are on the scullery.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower cabin and glass doors to the private terrace with sitting corner.

At the front of the villa is a large covered terrace with wooden sitting and dining area and nice views to the bay of San Antonio. At one side of the villa is the barbecue area for al fresco meals and a large sun terrace with wooden furniture.
The L-shape swimming pool of 11 x 8 with Roman steps and in-water sitting area is surrounded by a large garden and sunbathing lawn.
