Special villa with a unique modern design where the roofs are covered with a layer of rubber and walls of corrugated iron look. Several capsules are in an ingenious way attached to each other and because the whole structure is built on stilts against the hillside, the villa seems to hang in the air.
The lively beach Cala Vadella with some fine restaurants is at only 2 km and the cosy village of San José lies at 7 km.
For the nightlife Cala Jondal with beach club Blue Marlin is only a 15 minute drive and Ibiza town a 20 minute drive.

Distribution main house
Light lounge with sliding glass doors so you can enjoy everywhere the spectacular views. Remarkable detail is that the trees grow through the roof in the living.
A stylish modern lounge with comfortable sofa and chaise longue by the fireplace, a plasma satellite/TV, DVD, hifi/CD and glass doors to the pool terrace. The huge living room also has a dining area next to the modern kitchen with cooking island with all amenities, of course with a dishwasher, but also a steam oven and wine cooler.
The washing machine is in a special laundry room.

Right next to the lounge are 2 bedrooms that are accessed through huge doors that spin on their axis. Both rooms have double beds, great views through the glass walls and glass en-suite bathrooms with rain showers that seem to hang in the air .

Distribution guesthouses
Two guesthouses are reached via footbridges and these capsules are suspended on stilts over the garden. Both capsules consist of a double bedroom, fitted kitchens with refrigerator, a plasma satellite/TV, DVD and glass sliding door to private terrace and identical glass hanging bathrooms with rain showers.

In the only stone building with circular windows under the main house is a fifth bedroom with a plasma satellite/TV, DVD and en-suite shower room.

Each of the glass capsules is a masterpiece of itself and all bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.

The unique swimming pool of 8 x 4 with sitting/lying section in the water is in front of the living and has a partly covered terrace with lounge area and a sun terrace with fantastic views over the coastline. Between the main house and guest houses is a covered lounge area with a huge outdoor bath and outdoor shower.
