Modern villa in a quiet area right on the coast near Cala Vadella. From all the terraces and from the living you have a panoramic sea view. Within walking distance (about 1 km) from the beach of Cala Vadella. The charming village of San Jose is 7 km and Ibiza Town is 25 minutes.

Distribution main house
From a patio with a dining and a pond you enter the light living room with a modern sitting area by the fireplace, hifi/CD system for indoor and outdoor, wooden dining table and glass doors onto the covered terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. There is a special TV room (that can be furnished as an additional sixth bedroom) with a large plasma satellite/TV. The simple kitchen has a 5-burner gas cooker, eye level oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge / freezer and a door to the covered terrace. The washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room.

A double room and a twin bedroom use two bathrooms with shower. These bedrooms have glass doors to a private terrace with stunning sea views. On the patio are two bedrooms with queensize beds who share a bathroom with shower. The special TV room can be furnished as an additional sixth bedroom with two single beds.

Distribution guesthouse
The detached guesthouse in the lower garden has a lounge/bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchen with bar top , small fridge and a private terrace with fantastic sea views.

In front of the living room is a covered terrace with a few comfortable lounge and dining areas leading into the sun terrace around the swimming pool of 9 x 5 with Roman steps where you can enjoy in peace and privacy of the fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and beautiful sunsets.
