In this villa the rocky slopes of the hill are in a unique way used in the interior. This property includes a main house with a tower and 2 guest quarters with seperate entrances. There are sun-terraces with brickwork lounge-benches near the 2 swimmingpools and covered terraces with both comfortable and stylish lounge-areas. From everywhere you have a panoramic views on the sea.

Main house
Spacious combination of living and dining-room with a design sitting-area, a marble diningtable and glass sliding-doors leading to the terrace. The villa deserves its name 'Casa Blanca' because of the white interior like the white leather couches next to the fireplace, HiFi-music installation (incl. CD), big flatscreen sat/TV and DVD. This fabulous property is richly decorated with art.
The kitchen is built partly open to the salon and has a marble kitchen workingspace, an electric oven combination grill, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer and a large window with seaview. Washing-machine and dryer are in a seperate room.

From the living room you enter a bedroom with glass sliding-doors and great views on the sea. This bedroom has a kingsize white leather boxspring bed and a spacious bathroom with marble and a glass showercorner. Another bedroom has a double four-poster bed Balinese style with 'en suite' bathroom with a shower.
The tower has a bedroom on the topfloor with a splendid view on Es Vedra, it has its own dressingroom and bathroom on the floors below.

Guest quarters
The topfloor has a living room with sitting-area near the stereo/CD-player and wooden stove. The spacious bedroom is built open towards the living room with a double white leather boxspring bed and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with gascooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. These quarters have their own terrace with eat/sitting area and from everywhere you can enjoy the views on the sea.

The other guest-room is on the ground floor, a living room and bedroom 'en suite' with spacious four-poster double bed. It has its own sitting-area near a fireplace, with stereo/CD and sat/TV. These guest-rooms have also seaviews and a 'kitchenette'.

In front of this villa you have a sun-terrace with brickwork lounge-benches around the swimmingpool of 8 x 4 with Roman steps. Next to the swimmingpool you have a Balinese poolhouse with Asian furniture around a stone table with built-in grill.
On top of this poolhouse you have a covered panorama-terrace with a luxury lounge-corner, next to the second swimmingpool of 12 x 4 with sun-terrace and lounge-benches.

All terraces are nicely decorated with palms and provide privacy and idyllic views
