The beach of Cala d'Hort is 5 minutes and the beach of Cala Yundal on a fifteen minutes drive. The village of San Jose is 10 minutes and Ibiza Town approximately 20 minutes.

The pool of 8 x 4 with Roman steps is a spacious sun terrace with wooden sun loungers and fantastic views of the coastline of the island of Ibiza and Formentera.
