Completely renovated country house that our guests from last years will recognize from the outside, but not from the inside. Inside everything is refurbished and modernized and outside the characteristic building style is still kept well.

This 400 year old beautiful finca, is situated in a quiet and peaceful area on walking distance from the village of San José where you find all kind of shops, a couple of banks, some tapas bars and a few good restaurants. The beaches on the southwest coast and the town of Ibiza are only a 15 minutes ride from this property. Beautiful views over the countryside with the Mediterranean and the island Formentera at the horizon.

The country house consist of a traditional main house with 2 levels with a covered terrace on both levels and behind the living room is the patio. The guesthouse next to it has also its own covered terrace. The characteristic exposed beams are almost everywhere.

Main house
Spacious living room with comfortable sitting at the glass doors to the patio behind and glass doors to the covered terrace in front. Next to it is a second living room with a sitting area at the large fire place.
On the first floor that you reach by stairs from the covered terrace is a TV lounge beside the veranda with a comfortable sitting area at the sat/TV, DVD and the stereo/CD. At the other side of the living room is the dining room which overflows in the modern kitchen with all the equipments and a door to the terrace. The washing machine and dryer is in a special laundry.

Upstairs is the main double bedroom with air conditioning, a spacious bathroom en suite with two rain showers which overflows into the dressing room.
Next to the veranda is a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower and the double bedroom which you can reach from the living room uses also this bathroom. Another twin bedroom has a separated entrance outside the building and a bathroom en suite with shower.

In front of the main house is a covered terrace with stylish sitting area and a spacious terrace which is fenced so the little children cannot reach the swimming pool. There is also a large dining area under the thatched roof.

Around the swimming-pool of 12 x 6 with Roman steps is a well-kept garden with beautiful planting and an al fresco dining area by the built-in barbecue. You can enjoy complete privacy around this stunning property with beautiful views over the countryside and the island of Formentera in the distance.

The caretaker who cleans the house 5x per week also prepares 1 meal per day.
