A carefully restored old finca situated on a quiet and peaceful location with distant nice views over the sea and the island of Formentera. Complete privacy only 10 minutes drive from Ibiza-town and the beaches Es Cavallet and Salinas.

Distribution
The traditional entrance has a tasteful wooden dining-room. The good-sized living-room has a comfortable sitting area by the fireplace with sat/TV, CD player and glass doors which lead to the covered terrace.
Spacious kitchen/dining-room fitted with a Smeg-stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and wooden dining area. The washingmachine is on the scullery.
Further here there are a double bedroom (2 single mattresses in one) with en-suite bathroom and a twin room also with en-suite bathroom.

On the mezzanine is a double bedroom (2 single mattresses in one) with an extra couch (if necessary can be used as bed at night), en-suite bathroom and glass doors to the garden.

On the upper floor is a twin bedroom, which leads to a single bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with bath.
The twin bedroom has glass doors to a large covered terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

Air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
Wireless LAN internet connection (WIFI) is available and included in the price.

At the front of the villa is a large covered terrace. At one side of the villa is the barbecue area with wooden furniture for al fresco meals and a covered lounge area. The swimming pool of 10 x 5 with Roman steps has a large sun terrace.

At the weekly rate for up 6 people, the part of the house will be closed.
