Ibiza-town and the beaches of Salinas and Es Cavallet are only 15 minutes drive from this property.

Spacious living-room with a stylish and comfortable lounge area, sat/TV, CD player, a dining area and glass doors leading to the covered patio with al fresco dining area.
A spacious modern kitchen with dining area by the fireplace, fitted with a four-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and glass door to the terrace. The washing-machine is in one of the bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath.
There are two bedrooms with a double bed and two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom with bad and shower. A fourth bathroom with shower is located on the terrace for use by the pool.

At the back of the villa is a built-in barbecue and a large sun terrace around the pool from 8 x 4. From the views over the bay of San Antonio and the Mediterranean are great. In the garden around the house you have a seating area at the barbecue and some seating in the natural shade of trees.
