Nice beaches on the west coast like Cala Conta are within a 5 minutes drive as well as the lovely village of San José. Ibiza town and trendy beaches like Salinas and Cala Yundal are within a 20 minutes drive from this villa.

Spacious and light livingroom with a Moroccan style lounge area at the fireplace, sat/TV, DVD, stereo/CD and stylish dining area with glass sliding-doors leading to the covered terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge/freezer.
The covered terrace has a dining/sitting area around the buitt-in barbecue.
Washing-machine and dryer are in a laundry room.

Next to the living room are 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning, both with a large double bed and they share a bathroom with bath. From the outside you can reach another bedroom with glass sliding-doors, it has a double bed with 'en suite' bathroom with shower. The forth double bedroom you also reach from the garden and has a bathroom 'en suite' with bath.

The two bedrooms next to the livingroom have airconditioning.

Around the swimmingpool of 11 x 5 with wide Roman steps is a large sunterrace (that can be closed by a fence for small kids). The garden has nice palms and provides lots of privacy.
The poolhouse has a dining area and a built-in barbecue.
In the garden you can also enjoy the special lounge area in the Arabian tent and from the roofterrace you have views to the sea at the horizon.
