In the beautiful north of Ibiza in 10 minutes drive from the pretty village of San Juan and approximately 40 minutes from Ibiza Town. The beach of Cala San Vicente is 2 km. and the nudist beach at Aguas Blancas 5 km.

Distribution
Living with stylish lounge at the fireplace, satellite / TV, stereo / CD, DVD and glass doors to a covered terrace. The dining room has a large wooden dining table and runs through to the traditional kitchen with a large oven, gascooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge / freezer under the old chimney. The washingmachine and dryer are in a special laundry room.

On one side of the room are a bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds together, a bathroom with bath and a bathroom with shower. On the other side of the room are a bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds (which you reach outside), which together share a bathroom with bath.

The large double bedroom upstairs has glass doors to a French balcony and a bathroom en-suite with shower and jacuzzi. On this floor is a second living with a comfortable sofa by the fireplace and glass doors to a French balcony with stunning views over the valley and the church.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Around the pool of 10 x 5 with Roman steps is a spacious sun terrace with comfortable wooden chairs and an indoor pool house with an outdoor kitchen with grill and fridge / freezer at the wooden lounge and dining area. Here you can enjoy total privacy and the natural surroundings.
