Finca/guesthouse with 8 apartments for 2-3 persons

The owner, who lives in the main house, has restored the old stables very carefully in an authentic way, using traditional materials to complement the existing features, like the original beams.
Strategic situated only 5 minutes drive from the famous clubs Privilege and Amnesia. The perfect place to relax after a good night party.

All the apartments are built in de style of bungalows and are located around the main building. One of them is on top of the main house and has nice views over the bay of San Antonio.
Despite of almost the same interior, all of them are different qua distribution and dimensions.

All the apartments have a small living-room with a sofa-bed, sat/TV and a nice beamed ceiling.
The small kitchens or kitchenettes have a cooking-plate and a fridge and all bathrooms have a shower. The bedrooms have a double bed and every appartment has a small covered terrace with sitting area.
One of the apartments has two bedrooms, therefore suitable for 4 people.

All apartments have air conditioning (included in the price).

At the front of the main house is a covered terrace with a dining-area by the built-in barbecue, which can be used by all the guests.
Around the shared swimming-pool is a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols. From here there is a nice view over the valley and the bay of San Antonio.
