Traditional country-house on a peaceful location with lots of privacy, easy to reach at only 4 km distance of San Rafael, a small village with a couple of good restaurants and only 10 km from the town of Ibiza. The garden of this property looks out over the countryside and borders the plot with horses from the owners.

Main house
Cosy livingroom with beamed ceiling, comfortable sitting-area by the sat/TV (Spanish/French), DVD, video and CD player (with boxes inside and outside the house), a dining-area with a large table and glass doors to the terrace. The kitchen has a marble dining-area and is fitted with a chimney, stove, microwave and fridge/freezer. The washing-machine and the dish-washer are in the scullery.

The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a small bath. A bedroom with bunk bed (ideal for children) shares a bathroom with shower with two bedrooms that are reached by the sunterrace. That is a bedroom with a little double bed and a single bedroom.

Guest house
The guest house is a studio with private entrance and terrace, double bed and bathroom with shower. It has also airconditioning.

In front of the livingroom is a large covered terrace with dining and sitting-area. This terrace runs over in the sunterrace with a cosy sitting area next to the outside bar with built-in barbecue and a fridge. Around the swimming-pool of 12 x 5 with Roman steps is a lawn for sunbathing.
