The high living room with exposed beams has a characteristic comfortable sofa, beautiful mosaic dining table and teak chairs. The beautiful tadelakt walls can be seen in the whole house and guesthouse.
The kitchen has a 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, dining area and doors onto the covered terrace with large dining table with 8 chairs.

Behind the livingroom is the first bedroom with a bathroom en-suite with bath tadelakt. This bedroom with king size bed has a beautiful view over the bay of San Antonio.
From the living room leads into the second bedroom with two single beds of 1.40 x 2.00 m. and a bathroom on a lower level with bath tadelakt. The third bedroom has a large double bed and a bathroom with bath.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds placed together, red tadelakt walls and high beamed ceilings. A staircase leads into the open bathroom with bathtub.

Distribution guesthouse
In the detached guest house further down the garden there are five bedrooms with a shared shower room with two showers, sinks and 3 toilets.
There is one bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower. One bedroom with two single beds pushed together, almost identical to the previous one, has no sink or shower. Two bedrooms each with 2 single beds are almost identical and to the corner and the bedroom with two single beds has its own sink.

The bedrooms in the guesthouse have air conditioning.

The pool of 15 x 5 with wide Roman steps set in one of the most beautifully landscaped gardens from Ibiza with all kinds of lounge corners and Balinese chill-out, ideal for alfresco dining or just lounging. Throughout the garden you can enjoy the phenomenal view of the Mediterranean Sea in the background.

The owners live in a house further down the plot with a private entrance and driveway, that is not an obstacle to your privacy.
