The good sized livingroom with several stylish lounge areas by the fireplace and music player, a round dining area and a lounge area near the sat/TV and sliding-doors leading to a covered terrace with wonderful views.
The kitchen is fitted with a large stainless steel stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a door leading to the garden.

The master bedroom is located inside the top of the tower and has a round king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and access to the roof terrace with fantastic views over Ibiza and the sea.

The guest house that can be reached from ionside also has its own entrance, a living-room with lounge by the fireplace and the sat/TV and a dining-room, a small kitchen with a gas cooker, dishwasher and a fridge.

At the front of the villa is a 15 x 6 pool with Roman steps and a large sun terrace with panoramic views.
There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet next to the poolhouse with lounge area and dining area, outside kitchen with cooker, fridge and barbecue.
