A carefully restored old finca, situated on a quiet and peaceful location on top of a hill, with great views over the countryside and the Mediterranean.
Santa Eulalia, where you find all kind of shops, a couple of banks, some tapas bars and a few good restaurants, is only 5 minutes drive from this property.
Not far from this villa you will find several sandy beaches very easy to reach by car. The town of Ibiza is only 20 minutes drive.
Main house
On the ground floor is a spacious living-room with beamed ceilings and a stylish dining area next to the kitchen and a door to the covered terrace. A lounge area with comfortable sitting corner by the original fire place with sat/TV and hifi/CD player.
The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Two washing-machines and the dryer are in the scullery.
Two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and have doors leading to different terraces with great views over the landscape and the sea.
On the other side of the house you will find on the ground floor two single rooms and a double room sharing a bathroom.
On the upper floor is situated the master bedroom with a double bed, bureau, en-suite bathroom with bath and a door to the private terrace with hammock.
Guest house
Good-sized living-room with beamed ceilings and lounge area around the fire place with sliding-doors to a large terrace with great views to the sea.
The kitchen has a dining corner and is well-fitted with a stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.
A bedroom with bunk beds and a double room share a bathroom with bath and have doors to the terrace.
The third bedroom is a double room with en-suite bathroom with bath.
All along the guest house is a large terrace with splendid views over the countryside and the sea.
A second covered terrace has a built-in barbecue and a dining area with large wooden furniture.
At the back of the main house there are several sun terraces built on different levels overlooking the garden and the pool area.
Around the swimming-pool of 14 x 5, with Roman steps and seat-in area, there is large sun terrace with stylish sun beds and a well-kept garden with a large open-air dining area.
The pool area enjoys fantastic views over the countryside.
