From the dining-room with traditional furniture and a original oven is a passage to a second living-room with comfortable sitting-area and glass doors to the terrace.
A spacious kitchen is fitted with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge/freezer. The washing-machine is in the scullery.

Two bedrooms upstairs, the TV lounge and the kitchen have airconditioning.

Downstairs are two bedrooms with one double that share a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. One of the rooms have glass doors to a terrace.

A mezzanine floor has a bedroom with two single beds next to a single room. These rooms share a bathroom with shower.

The spacious master bedroom upstairs has a large double bed and across the width half round of glass French doors to balconies. The other bedroom upstairs has a small double bed and glass doors to a French balcony.
Both upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning and share a bathroom with shower.

At the front of the villa is a covered terrace and a sun terrace with a unique stone table for 11 persons surrounded by a cacti garden.

Around the swimming-pool of 11 x 6 with Roman steps is a large sun terrace with wooden long chairs and a large covered pool house with built-in barbecue and sitting-area for dining al fresco. Here is also a bathroom with shower.

Mariposa is located close to the road between Santa Gertrudis and San Miguel, where sometimes at the front of the property you may hear the traffic on the background. On the contrary at the pool area it is almost as quiet as a house in the countryside.
