From the lounge there is access to the special TV room with pool table, huge plasma SAT / TV (with Ducht channels) equipped with video, DVD, stereo / CD system and glass doors to the garden.
Large kitchen / dining room with a stylish dining area, a modern fitted kitchen with all the trimmings and glass doors onto the covered terrace.

The master bedroom has a double king-size bed, a spacious bathroom en suite with bath and shower, satellite / TV and doors opening onto the circular balcony with lovely views over the valley. Two spacious double bedrooms with king-size beds and satellite / TV both have a bathroom en-suite with shower. Two other bedrooms have either a double bed frame with steel, glass doors onto a private balcony and share a bathroom.

Distribution guesthouse
Away is a detached guesthouse with bedroom and bathroom ideal for a nanny (babysitter). There is also a special room with washer and dryer.

In the beautifully landscaped garden is a wonderful addition to the luxurious jacuzzi pool house with bar, refrigerator, music system, a barbecue and several dining / sitting areas, ideal for alfresco dining or just lounging. Around the S-shaped pool of 10 x 5 with Roman steps is a large lawn with stylish chairs and a special stone outdoor shower.
From the garden you can enjoy in peace and privacy the panoramic views over the island of Mallorca. A bit further in the grounds is the private tennis court.
