Quietly located villa with a stylish and attractive appearance with beautiful views to the sea and the island of Formentera. Less than a quarter of an hour drive from the beach Cala Yundal with the trendy beach club Blue Marlin and the beach of Cala d'Hort is only 5 minutes by car.
The nice village of San José is at a 10 minute drive, the lounge garden KM5 is at a 15 minute drive and Ibiza town is only a 20 minute drive away.

Distribution
Spacious lounge with a comfortable sitting area in front of the fireplace and sat/TV. Downstairs is a TV room with a large plasma sat/TV, DVD and hifi/CD.
The stylish dining area is next to the glass doors to a covered terrace where you can eat outside. The open kitchen has a bar, cooking island with ceramic hob, oven at eye level, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
The washing machine is in a laundry room.

The master bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed, a private terrace and a bathroom with walk-in shower and a beautiful sea view from the bath. The other bedroom has a queen size bed (if desired with an extra single bed), bathroom-en-suite with walk-in shower and a private terrace. Down on the level of the pool are a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds with both a bathroom-en-suite with shower.
On this floor is also the special TV room.

Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.

Around the swimming pool 9 x 4 with Roman steps is a wooden sun terrace where you can enjoy peace and plenty of privacy. From the chill-out, the loungebed or from the 4 sunbeds you also have sea views between the trees.

Wireless Internet (WiFi) is available via a pocket wifi-hotspot (max. 5 laptops/smartphones at a time).
