The owners of this traditional finca, with bodega on a vineyard of some hectares, rent their guesthouse where you enjoy full privacy with the possibility to use the swimming pool.
Cana Nieves has its own entrance, garden and terrace with beautiful views over the sea.
The beach of Xarraca is only a 5 minute drive, as well as the village of San Juan and Ibiza town is only 20 minute drive.

Distribution
Living room with comfortable lounge area near the sat/TV, CD-player and glass doors leading to a covered terrace. There is a beautiful beamed ceiling with fan. Open kitchen with ceramic cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and views over the sea. There is also a washing-machine in the house.

Some steps lead from the living room to the corridor with two twin bedrooms and good sized wardrobes. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. There is also a guest toilet.

Air-conditioning in both bedrooms.

The covered terrace in front of the living room has a sitting area and further down in the garden there is a barbecue corner with dining area where you can enjoy the tranquility in full privacy.
You can use the pool in front of the main house directly at the back of Cana Nieves.
