Arrival & departure At the day of arrival on Ibiza and Formentera you can check in the villa from 2 pm (sometimes from 4 pm) onwards and on the departure day you need to check out at 10 am. In Andalucia and Mallorca you can not check in earlier than 4 pm in the villa. The check-in and check-out times for each property are listed under the tab Prices. The arrival/departure day is usually a changeover day. This means that other people leave the same day that you arrive and then we can not deviate from these times, even if your flight arrives in the morning at 6 am and you are with small children. To avoid long waiting times on arrival or departure, we recommend to take into account our check-in and check-out times in the choice of your flight. It is the same principle as at a hotel, only a villa is slightly bigger than most hotel rooms which is why we need more time between check-in and check-out. We want to present a clean villa and therefore sometimes you have to be patient on arrival. The villa is clean on arrival and should also be left clean on departure. It is not the idea that on the day of departure you leave the villa with dirty dishes and during your stay you need to clean up the garbage yourself. These are not tasks of the cleaners and do not belong to the final cleaning. Leave the villa before 10 am so that the next guests can check in on time. |
