When you send us a completely filled in Booking form and the villa is available during the dates that you require, we consider it as a definite booking. However when you send us a completely filled in Booking form without checking availability with us on forehand you cannot consider it as a definite booking until you receive our confirmation.
With our help
If you would like to know more about a villa on our website, please ask us because all properties have been seen personally by one of our employees. When you call or mail us asking for availability of a specific villa without further questions, we understand that you have compared this villa with others on price, description and photos.
When you ask nothing specific before making your booking and the chosen villa is not what you expected because you would have preferred a modern light villa in stead of the authentic but dark finca that you have booked, don't blame us later that we didn't advice you well enough.
Making your booking
Consider before filling in our Booking form which supplementary services you want to be arranged by Finca Tours. For example, if you want us to rent a car for you on the airport of your destination, check our rates of car hire and fill in the category and number of cars.
Finca Tours charges € 30 administration costs for every booking, also for every supplementary booking.
Finca Tours can arrange flights for you operated by Air Berlin with departure from many major airports in Europe to our destinations in Spain. We need the full first and last name of every passenger as mentioned in their passport and from children we need their date of birth. Air Berlin will deduct the payment for flights directly from your bank account or credit card.
Travel insurances can only be arranged by Finca Tours for all citizens of Holland or Dutch citizens that live in a country from the European Community.
Invoice / Confirmation of reservation
After receiving your Booking form Finca Tours will send you an Invoice / Confirmation of reservation per e-mail where the booking you have made is stipulated. The down payment of 30% of the rental needs to be in our bank account within 10 days after reservation date. The final payment has to be in our bank account 6 weeks before arrival date. When you make a reservation within 6 weeks before arrival date the total amount of the reservation has to be transferred straight after making the reservation. Sometimes it has to be an .
You should use our IBAN and SWIFT codes for all international bank transfers. Using these codes international transfers only take a few days by internet banking. Sometimes Finca Tours requires an by internet banking when the money has to be the same day in our bank account.
Initiator
The person that makes the reservation is the responsible for the reservation. That includes being responsible for transferring the payments in due time . . it is not the idea that every participant of a reservation pays his/her part.
The initiator is also the person that we consider responsible for handing over the refundable breakage deposit on arrival and the one we consider responsible for the rented villa.
At all our villas a car is required because public transport is no option to get around. Therefore Finca Tours requires that you book a rental car with every reservation which could be arranged by us. Finca Tours offers special car rental rates for EUROPCAR with offices on every airport of our destinations.
