We give you the possibility to arrange additional services by Finca Tours, such as a rental car, a scheduled flight and a travel/cancellation insurance.
CAR HIRE
In all our accommodations is a car necessary.
Rent a car directly with your booking through us to prevent problems at the destination, except if you go by your own car of course. The rental car from Europcar will be ready for you at the airport. At the counter of Europcar the driver hands over the rental car voucher you have received with our travel documents and his/her driver's license, passport and credit card.
The name of the driver does not need to coincide with the name of the name on the rental car voucher, but the driver should have a credit card on his/her name, required for the deposit. If you want to insure additional drivers they also have to identify themselves personally at the counter with passport and driver's license. The credit card information is used as a deposit. All additional costs such as a child seat or excess charge waivers will be deducted from the credit card. If you don't want to use a credit card a cash deposit is required for the sum of the own risk. We recommend to use a credit card.
The listed rates include: All Risk insurance (CDW), theft insurance (THW), unlimited mileage and VAT. Gasoline is for your own account. Rental rates are calculated per 24 hours. If the time of handing over the car on departure is one hour later than the time of collecting the car on arrival, Europcar will calculate one day extra rent. If the arrival / departure times when booking the rental car are not passed to us then that extra day will be deducted from the credit card by Europcar.
FLIGHTS
After the reservation of your accommodation book a flight to your destination.
We can book scheduled flights of all airlines except of lowcost carriers as Ryanair, Transavia or Vueling.
Via the AIR BERLIN-link on our website you can book your own flight of Air Berlin. However, we also like to do this for you.
The costs remain the same whether you let us do it or whether you do it yourself. Especially for larger groups it might be easier to let the flights being booked by Finca Tours.
For booking of all participants, we need the following information:
-first name as mentioned in the passport
-last name
-date of birth of children under 12 years
-gender
-bank account with sufficient balance.
Air Berlin has from a number of airports in the Dutch-German border region such as Düsseldorf, Cologne and Münster multiple direct flights per day to destinations such as Majorca and Ibiza.
Passports or identity cards must be valid until after the return date.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Finca Tours provides travel and cancellation insurance with the specialist in this area Europeesche Verzekeringen.
The cancellation insurance which should be booked directly with the reservation of your trip, covers you against a financial loss in case of cancellation or breaking of the trip.
With a travel insurance you are covered against theft or loss of luggage and in emergency you can count on help via SOS International, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
