The bright living room has comfortable seating, rocking chairs with upholstery typical Mallorcan by the fireplace with SAT/TV, DVD, dining area and a stylish glass doors to the terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The washing machine in separate room.

The master bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom suite with shower and glass doors o the terrace. One bedroom with two single beds and a single room (can sleep a 6th person) share a bathroom with bath.

There is a spacious garden with big trees for natural shade and in front of the living is a terrace and a sun terrace by the swimming pool of 6 x 4 with Roman stairs. From the roofterrrace you have a spectacular view over the sea.
