Reception at the destination

First arrange your rental car after arriving at the airport.
You need to have your own transport to get to the house. Book ahead a rental car at the airport of your destination and arrange upon arrival at the airport first the rental car before calling the property manager.
The best thing is that the driver goes ahead to the rental car counters in the airport while the others are waiting for your luggage. If you want to insure additional drivers they also have to identify themselves personally at the counter with passport and driver's license. The credit card for the deposit must be on the name of the first driver, so keep that in mind. It will easily cost half an hour before getting into the car. Especially in high season there are long queues at the car rental companies and it can sometimes take (more than) an hour.
Call the property manager so that he/she knows what time you will arrive at the house or at the meeting point.
If you arrive after the possible check in time, it is not meant that you first do the grocery shopping to avoid unnecessary waiting by the caretaker.
If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, you must be patient until the house is finished.
The check-in and check-out times at each property are listed under the tab Prices.
Depending on the rented property, we have on Ibiza the following options for how to arrive at the house.
1. Route description directly to the rented holiday home.
Call the administrator and arrange a time to meet at the villa. At the appointed time you are going with the directions to the house where the administrator will receive you and hand over the keys.
2. Directions to a meeting point with the administrator of the holiday home.
Call the administrator and arrange a time to meet at the meeting point. There you will meet the administrator who will guide you to the house, where you will get handed over the keys.
3. You will meet our local agent at the airport.
After you have arranged the rental car, our local agent will guide you to the house. His/her car is not intended for the carriage of persons or excess baggage.
On our other destinations you usually go to the rented property as follows.
Route description directly to the rented holiday home, where the keys are ready.
After arriving at the destination, but not earlier than the specified check-in time are you going with the directions to the holiday home. There will be no one to receive you, but the key wiil be on the agreed place and so you can enter the property on you own.
For problems relating to the property you can call the administrator, of course. In the house is usually information of our administrator when he/she comes to visit you and when the cleaners or other maintenance people are to be expected.
For most villas you need to hand over our accommodation voucher upon arrival and to comply with the breakage deposit (usually in cash) to the caretaker.
Make sure everything is in order in and around the villa, so that on departure you will not have an issue whether something was already broken on your arrival. If things are not okay on arrival let the caretaker note this down. On your departure day the house is checked by the caretaker for any damage and the deposit will be settled with you.
