At all our properties a car is required because public transport is no option to get around. Unless you arrive with your own car it is essential to book a rental car with your reservation which can be arranged by Finca Tours.

The published rates include: Collision Damage Waiver coverage (CDW), Theft Waiver insurance (THW), unlimited mileage and VAT. Petrol is not included in these rates.

For each category applies a different non waivable amount in case of accident, that you can buy off with an Excess Charge Waiver (SLDW) which is a different rate per category. The non waivable amount applies to each damage to the rental car, except when you can show a testimony that a third party has caused this damage. For damage caused by alcohol, drugs or reckless driving, the non waivable amount always applies, even when you have bought it off. The rates of Excess Charge and Excess Charge Waiver per category can be provided by Finca Tours.

You can also make a prebooking for babyseats with Finca Tours. For reasons of insurance you have to install these yourself at delivery of the car.

• You need to be 21 years old and in possession of a valid drivers license (min. 2 years old).
• Drivers between 21 and 25 years old have to pay € 9,30 extra per day (max. € 93,00 per driver).
  These are the rates for the Balearic islands. Rates for Spanish mainland on request.
• Cars are delivered with a full petrol tank and have to be returned with a full petrol tank.
  Restitution with less fuel will be charged € 20,00 per car plus the costs of fuel.
• Office hours EUROPCAR on the airports: from 08.00 till 23.00 hrs.
• Delivery of a rental car outside office hours will be charged € 47,00 per car on the Balearics and € 60,00 on the Spanish mainland.
• Assistance on the road because of errors made by clients (wrong type of fuel, lost keys), negligence or wrong use can add up to € 95,00 extra on top of the costs of reparation.
• Before delivering a car a blanc sales slip of a credit card will be kept as a deposit for the above mentioned points. Extras like baby seats or excess charge waivers will be deducted from the credit card.
• When you don't want to use a credit card as a deposit, you have to pay in cash a deposit for value of the excess charge.
